Your registration (via email, phone, booking from, web shop or personally) is binding. You will receive a written confirmation from us with all relevant information and an invoice/payment slip. The booking is confirmed by making payment. Some courses will have an instalment option and the booking will be reserved in this case by payment of the first instalment but the place will not be confirmed until the course is paid in full.
For organisational reasons, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone classes. You will receive information ahead of time. Veetreo Glass Studio will not be liable for any associated costs incurred by you.
When the number of registrations is below the minimum, the course will not take place. The course fee will be waived or refunded in full.
The places on the class are filled on a first come first served basis (on condition of payment by the due date). If the number of registrations is higher than the amount of available places, we will run a waiting list. We will inform you about dates of a new class.
Fees do not attract VAT, and include all materials used, unless otherwise stated in the written confirmation.
Written cancellation is required. The date of the postmark or your email serves as date of cancellation. Costs are incurred by Veetreo Glass Studio throughout the organisational process of running a class, therefore participants will be liable for fees as per the following timescale:
Date of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start date: no cancellation charge, only the administration fee of £20 will be charged.
Date of cancellation 1-4 weeks before the start date: a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fee is payable. We may not charge this fee if we can find a new participant for the place.
Date of cancellation less than 1 week before start date or non-attendance: a cancellation charge of 100% of the course fee is charged.
Veetreo Glass Studio accepts no liability for any damages arising during or from any courses or events organised by the company. You are therefore personally responsible for ensuring your own adequate insurance cover. Use of Veetreo Glass Studio' facilities is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for theft or loss of your personal property.
By registering for a class, you agree that we may use your data for additional purposes (such as advertising upcoming classes or products via mail, e-mail). You can unsubscribe from our advertisement at any time.
Also, you agree that picture footage taken during class can be used on our websites, brochures and social media pages. You may send us a written withdrawal if you do not want your picture used for promotional purposes.
No video or audio recordings may be made in any Veetreo Glass Studio premises without the express prior consent of Veetreo Glass Studio, the teacher and course participants.
Where consent is given for such recordings, they may only be for personal use, and explicitly are not for commercial consumption.
The costs for travel and accommodation are borne by the applicant. A list of accommodation in the local area will be sent to you upon request (we cannot endorse any of the establishments listed).
For telephone/personal bookings we require one-third deposit before your place on the course is guaranteed.
You will receive written confirmation and a list of tools and equipment to bring along prior to attendance. You will also receive an invoice for any balance of your payment still due if not already paid in full. Any balance payment is payable before the start of the course. Credit card payments may be made by phone.
